What is a coach?

From my view a coach simply draws out the gifts, potential, and ideas that are already in you that you have overlooked or may think impossible. Often, we fail to see ways that the dreams we have buried can become reality. It is my joy to help you with your blind spots, while empowering you to focus on how to get from where you are now to where you want to be.

Who needs a coach?

Everyone who has desire to go to the next level and live out their dreams.

Is “Coaching” the same as “Counseling”?

No! Though coaching and counseling might overlap in their definition, what I desire is to be a consultant, cheerleader and challenger, if needed. Coaching is helping to encourage and guide someone who is in the game life and has the desire to be a champion. You can absolutely win in this race called life.

When and How are Coaching Sessions Conducted?

When: Call me and we will coordinate our schedules to suit your lifestyle.

How: Usually, all sessions will be conducted via telephone unless we make special arrangement for a Skype session. If you are located in or around the DFW area, we can discuss meeting one on one, depending on our schedules.

What is the cost?

I have  hourly, weekly and monthly rates that can be customized to your specific needs. The initial 15 min consultation is on me! The forms of payment that I accept are all major credit cards, cash and check. (All checks should be made payable to “Generations Global.”
